These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PestControlNumber.com (the "Site") and the call-connection service offered through it (the "Service"), operated by Cybertech Web Services LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or calling a number displayed on it, you agree to these Terms.
The Site is an advertising and call-connection service. We connect callers with independent, third-party pest control providers ("Providers"). We are not a pest control company, do not perform pest control services, and are not a party to any agreement between you and a Provider. Providers may pay us fees for connected calls, as described in our Advertising Disclosure.
Content on the Site (pest descriptions, treatment overviews, cost ranges) is general information, not professional, medical, or legal advice, and not a quote or offer. We make no representations or warranties about any Provider, including their availability, licensing, pricing, or quality of work. You are responsible for evaluating and selecting any Provider you hire.
Calls to numbers on the Site may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard carrier charges from your phone plan may apply; we do not charge you for calls.
You agree not to misuse the Site or Service, including by placing harassing, automated, or fraudulent calls; scraping or copying Site content for republication; or interfering with the Site's operation.
The Site and its content are owned by Cybertech Web Services LLC or its licensors and protected by law. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A PROVIDER WILL BE AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA OR THAT ANY PROVIDER'S SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERTECH WEB SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY PROVIDER, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or Service or your dealings with any Provider.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
